Cindy Crawford Recreates Iconic ’90s Pepsi Commercial For Children’s Hospital
Let’s set the time machine for 1992! Cindy Crawford recreated one of her classic Pepsi commercials to raise money for American Family Children’s Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin. That’s where Crawford’s brother was treated for leukemia, but unfortunately passed away at the age of three.
The 55-year-old supermodel took painstaking steps to get it right. Cindy posted on Instagram that she returned to the original location with photographer David Yarrow and posed in the identical outfit. That’s right, the iconic white tank top and blue denim cutoff shorts. As if that wasn’t enough, Peter Savic, the hairstylist who did Crawford’s hair for the original ’90s shoot, gave her the same curls once again.
Cindy shared the photo on Instagram, noting that she and Yarrow have already raised $1-million for the hospital. The years have been good to Cindy Crawford.
