Costco Brings Back Two Advent Calendars For Adults

It it too early to talk about Christmas? Nah! Costco is bringing back two popular items that are sure to make a lot of adults feel merry this holiday season.

According to the latest issue of Costco Connection magazine, "It might be Advent-ageous to add two very fun beer and wine holiday items to your Costco list in early September, as they sell out quickly." The warehouse store's popular wine and beer Advent calendars are returning. Just what a busy, stressed-out parent needs to get through the countdown to Christmas!

USA Today reports that the wine calendar features 24 half-bottles in different varieties. It's priced at $99.99 and will be available in most stores by the first week October. The Brewer’s Advent Calendar comes with 24, 16.9-ounce cans of German beer. Each year the calendar includes about six new beers. That one sells for $59.99 and was already spotted at a Costco store in Florida.

There are two other things I always watch for at Costco as we get closer to the holiday season. One is the traditional sweet Italian Christmas bread known as Panettone. And I like to wash that down with the Kirkland Signature Traditional Holiday Egg Nog. Then I go see my dentist.
