Unpaid Contractor Destroys His Work: Viral
Right now I’m having some work done at my house so I’m sensitive to making sure I get the work I paid for, and pay for the work I get.
Apparently this lady in Colorado had her upstairs bathroom redone and partially paid $3,300 of the $7,500 total bill. So the contractor and his wife/girlfriend come into the house when the owner is not there and takes a sledgehammer to the finished bathroom. A neighbor with her camera phone follows them in a videos the destruction. That subway tile looks great before it is smashed to pieces. This video has gone viral and apparently the homeowner is suing the contractor. Not sure why she hadn’t paid, but the contractor showed her…or did he? I guess we’ll have to wait and see.
