The holidays were a bit different for some last year due to COVID, but this year it seems as if more people will be traveling to see family. Having family stay with you is awesome, but it can add a bit of stress to your life. And unless you're a Waffle House cook, serving breakfast to your family and guests at the same time can be difficult. If you're looking for something other than bagels or cereal, Southern Living has offered up 43 Breakfast Casserole Recipes to help you out.

Casseroles are the go-to for meals when you want little prep time and when you need to serve a lot of people. Of course, I make them despite the fact that it's just me. I'm all about leftovers! If you need some yummy food for your family and/or Thanksgiving or Christmas guests, these may help you out.

All of these recipes look great but the first one that caught my eye was the Pancake Bake with Cinnamon Streusel. It's a combo of pancakes and coffeecake and yum!

I love quiche but I've never thought about adding grits to one. The recipe for Bacon and Cheddar Grits Quiche sounds like a tasty option for a crowd. And it looks like a hearty dish! One piece of this and you'll be ready for an after breakfast nap.

Slow cookers are the way to go in the fall but I've never tried making a breakfast dish in one. This recipe may make me bust out the crock pot! Crock Pot Cinnamon Roll Casserole looks delightful! This is one the kids will go for without question.

If you're family is coming to your house for Thanksgiving or Christmas, check out all 43 recipes. Many of these are for adults and kids so everyone can be happy at breakfast. I just ate and looking at all the pics has made me hungry!
