Mom’s Hilarious News Report Of Toddler’s Public Tantrum Goes Viral
I don’t have kids but most of my friends do so I’m familiar with the toddler tantrum. And we’ve all seen it happen in a public place. A former news reporter decided to do a “fake” news report about her son’s public tantrum and it is beyond funny!
Former Indiana political reporter and overwhelmed mom Kayla Sullivan reported on her son’s breakdown outside of his bedroom and posted the video on TikTok. She went to lunch at Olive Garden with friends and brought her 2 year-old son. Her son proceeded to have a meltdown while at the restaurant.
According to the New York Post, Sullivan’s video has gone viral not only for its humor, but because the story is so relatable. Every parent deals with a public tantrum from they’re child at some point. One of the funniest lines in the video is when Sullivan says, ““It’s important to note the friends I met there do not have children and likely never will after witnessing this situation firsthand.” HA!
In the video Sullivan is holding a toy microphone but is dressed as a reporter. She narrates the story in perfect reporter fashion, describing how her son threw a fit in the restaurant. She goes on to tell how another customer tried to help out, However it didn’t work. The toddler ended up throwing ketchup at the customer. Good times!
There is a follow up video with the Olive Garden “terrorist” and the little guy apologizes for his actions. Too funny!
This video will hit home if you’re a parent, and if you’re like me and don’t have kids, you’ll still enjoy the humor. This is good stuff!
