Woman Ties The Knot With The Color Pink
Phil & I have talked about people marrying themselves and people marrying ghosts, but someone marrying a color is a new one. A woman in California decided to marry her favorite color. And she’s the first in history to do it. She married the color pink. Yup.
Kitten Kay Sera says that after being in a relationship with her favorite color pink for 40 years, it was time to make things official. According to The Sun, Sera calls herself “the pinkest person in the world” and says she’s been dating the color for the last 40 years. She got the idea to marry pink after she heard a child say they loved the color pink so much that they wanted to marry it.
The wedding was held in Las Vegas and was of course fully decked out in pink. Sera wore several shades of pink when she walked down the aisle. While the ceremony was in progress, Sera held a huge paint swatch with her five favorite shades of pink. Even her hair was pink! And the wedding party, her “bridesmen”, were wearing pink suits.
After the ceremony, the bride held a massive reception with pink cupcakes, a pink cake, and pink decorations. She even gave herself a gorgeous pink gemstone as a wedding ring which was designed by Harry Winston. I have no doubt that the ring set her back a few bucks! Pink isn’t my favorite color but I will say the ring is stunning!
Unsurprisingly, pink seems to be the theme of Sera’s life. She has a pink dog she named Pinkaboo, drives a bright pink car completed with fuzzy pink seat covers, and lives in a house only decorated with shades of pink. There are tons of pics on her Instagram page of her pink home. She even uses pink toilet paper!
I dunno if Pepto Bismol is looking for a sponsor but if they are Sera is the one they should hire. I’ve never seen so much pink! After spending 40 years together I think these two will make it!
