Career Fair Expo In Gastonia This Wednesday
If you or someone you know is looking for a job, there’s a career expo happening soon! Venture Church in Gaston County will hold a career expo fair this Wednesday, February 23.
The church said they saw a need in the community for employees and figured the expo would be a way to help local businesses. And of course it will help people in the community too.
According to WCNC, the expo will be from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Venture Church in Dallas, which is located at 800 E. Main Street. Not only will numerous companies be on hand to chat with potential employees, there will also be food trucks on-site. Torres Taqueria and SkyView 22 will be serving up tasty food.
Anyone who submits a resume, fills out a job application, or completes an interest form at a participating business will be eligible for a free meal of their choice from one of the food trucks.
