Apple TV+ “Slow Horses” Already A Hit After Two Episodes
Everyone knows that I’m hooked on movies and TV programs. My latest addiction is “Slow Horses” starring Gary Oldman, Kristin Scott-Thomas, Jack Lowden and Olivia Cook.
Gary Oldman runs basically an MI-5 “detention hall” for spies who’ve made mistakes. River Cartwright (Lowden) is the newest agent assigned to “Slough House”. He screwed up a training mission but he’s a good agent with a grandfather who is a legend at the agency. These “slow horses” are relegated to meaningless stake out’s and duties that don’t seem to matter. What they don’t realize is that they’ve accidentally stumbled into a conspiracy that runs deep.
Oldman is such a great actor that he can make you believe any role he takes on. Episode 3 hits this Friday. You won’t be disappointed with any of the Apple TV + programming.
