Guy Accidentally Attaches STD Test To Job Application
One of the things I’ve learned over the years is to always double check something before pressing the send button. Emails, resumes, social media posts….all need to be proofread prior to hitting send. And this guy’s story is a great example of why you need to double check! A man on TikTok has over a million views after sharing a video discussing a huge mistake he made while applying for a job.
Jacques Paul says he accidentally attached his STD test results to his job application before submitting it. WHAT?! Paul says he was applying for his “dream job” at his “dream company” but when he submitted his resume he accidentally attached his recent STD results. I cannot imagine how freaked out and embarrassed he was!
According to the New York Post, he didn’t get the job. In fact, the only communication from the company was an email saying they “weren’t proceeding with the application.” On the bright side, his results were all negative, and he did go on to find a new job with another company.
If you made a mistake at work this week, this should make ya feel better about yourself. Spelling and grammar mistakes are nothing compared to this!
