Juneteenth Festival of the Carolinas is the oldest and largest Juneteenth Festival in the Carolinas. The multi-cultural Festival is free and fun for the entire family. This year celebrates 25 years from June 16th through the 19th. Meet us in the heart of Plaza Midwood at Thomas and Commonwealth Avenue where the festival first began. Charlotte, North Carolina will come alive with all types of multi-cultural vendors who have travelled from across the country and parts of Africa showcasing food, exquisite art, music and culturally relevant specialty items.
