Man Sets Record For Alphabetizing Alphabet Soup

When I read this story, I was like, “So?! This dude must have less of a life than me!”  Then I saw the video, and it’s pretty cool. A guy in Oregon has set the record for alphabetizing alphabet soup and the video is a trip to watch.

At some point in our lives, we have ALL eaten alphabet soup and tried to make words out of the letters. I never thought about organizing them from A-Z though. But, this guy did!

Jacob Chandler decided to try and break the record for taking Alphabet Soup and arranging the letters from A to Z. He looked at other records first but liked this one. According to UPI, Chandler found the perfect bowl, researched the soup with the largest letters, and the one with the most normal looking letters.

When it came to the attempt, he found all 26 letters and arranged them in order in 2 minutes and 8.6 seconds. I’m not sure I could spell a word that quick! If you’re a fan of puzzles, you’ll get a kick out of the video. It’s wild to watch!
