If it has been a while since you’ve thought about Shania Twain, that’s about to change. Shania’s fans, past, present, and future, are getting the chance to learn a lot more about the 56-year-old singer. Twain’s new documentary, Not Just A Girl, is coming to Netflix on Tuesday, July 26th.

According to ET Online, the film, directed by Joss Crowley, traces Shania Twain’s career, from her roots in country music to her crossover into pop and rock. In addition to looking back at the Canadian superstar’s life as an empowering trailblazer in music and fashion, the documentary also gives fans a look at the recording of Shania’s forthcoming sixth album.

Not Just A Girl features appearances by Kelsea Ballerini, Lionel Richie, Diplo, Avril Lavigne, and Orville Peck. The trailer below includes plenty of music clips and archival footage, along with audio of Shania talking about her husband’s cheating, losing her voice, and more.

Along with the documentary, Shania Twain will release a greatest hits album, Not Just A Girl (The Highlights), on July 26th. Then, on August 24th in Nashville, Shania will receive the Academy of Country Music Poet’s Award for outstanding musical and/or lyrical contributions. Well deserved.
