Billy Joel is heading to select theaters this Fall via a concert film capturing an epic two-night stand from 1990 at Yankee Stadium.
Billy Joel: Live at Yankee Stadium is screening worldwide on October 5 and 9. Per the Piano Man’s website, the film chronicle Joels shows at Yankee Stadium from June 22 and 23, 1990. The original footage and audio was re-edited in 4K with Dolby ATMOS® audio and newly mixed. The film also contains interviews with Joel and behind-the-scenes footage.
The concert film and audio will be released digitally and on CD, vinyl and Blu-ray formats on November 4. All formats are available for pre-order here.
