Krispy Kreme Unveils Doggie Doughnuts This Week
When you see that ‘Hot Now’ sign on at Krispy Kreme you can bet there’s a line for doughnuts. Although the famous glazed doughnuts aren’t my favorite, folks love them! There is always a line at the Krispy Kreme in Gastonia. Always! Now the line will be longer because your furry friends can have their own doughnuts.
Krispy Kreme is celebrating ‘National Dog Day’ this Friday, August 26, with new Doggie Doughnuts. According to Foodsided.com, Krispy Kreme will be offering baked dog treats in a six-count box. The doggie treats are shaped like a doughnut.
The treats are made from all-natural ingredients and inspired by Krispy Kreme doughnut flavors. The Doggie Doughnuts will only be available through this weekend, or as long as supplies last.
Usually, Kramer and Eddy wake me up around 6 a.m. daily, so I guess we’ll pile in the car first thing on Friday to snag some of these doggie delights. I don’t think my dogs have ever had doughnuts. I’m more of a bagel person. I’m interested to see if they like them!
Right now, the doughnut chain is offering a few different types of pumpkin spice doughnuts. The Pumpkin Spice Cake Doughnut and the Pumpkin Spice Latte Doughnut look amazing! I do believe I’ll have to try those while getting the Doggie Doughnuts for the pups!
