Teen Accidentally Swallows Dog Toy And Squeaks

If you have a dog, then you're familiar with squeaky toys. My dog Eddy LOVES them! She'll walk around the living room just squeaking her toys. Kramer will rip the squeaker out of a toy, but Eddy loves the noise. A teen in Texas found out the hard way that chewing on a dog squeaker isn't a great idea.

According to Global News, earlier this year Johnathan Serrano, who is 13 years old, was trying to annoy his mom by chewing on a squeaker from a dog toy. He was supposed to be packing for a trip but was bothering his mom. She pretended to slap him with an empty soda bottle when he ducked and accidentally swallowed the toy.

The squeaker became lodged in Serrano's esophagus, and he had to go to the doctor. Luckily, he's fine and his situation wasn't serious. His mom decided to take some video of her son squeaking, and it's too funny! The video has gone viral on TikTok. Doctors were able to remove the squeaker and the young man has fully recovered.

Since Serrano is ok, it's fine to laugh at the video. I wonder if the family's dog followed him around before the squeaker was removed. LOL!
