Man-Size Emotional Support Teddy Bear Now Available
If you’re someone that’s single and hates sleeping alone, this is for you! Now that the temps have dropped, you may want to snuggle at night and there’s now an emotional support teddy bear available. The Loving Bear Puffy is the shape and size of a human male but has a teddy bear head.
According to the New York Post, The Loving Bear Puffy was developed by model and designer Ina Marholeva and product and creative manager Tonia Berdankova. The bear is produced by a Bulgarian company. Puffy is 5’7 and weighs only seven pounds so you can drag him around the house. The bear comes naked, but you get to pick out the clothes he wears.
The bear ‘replaces the need for the physical presence of a person’ and helps people ‘during long lonely nights’. Having a companion isn’t cheap though. The bear sells for $160.
Personally, I like sleeping without another person! I have two dogs that hog the bed as it is. And if I brought a huge, oversized teddy bear to bed, my dogs would rip the stuffing out in about 10 minutes. LOL!
I totally understand how some folks would love this though! Lots of people dislike sleeping alone. The bear is cute, but its head seems too small for its body. It looks weird in my opinion. But, if you like cuddling with another person, this may be for you.
