Prioritizing Mental Health In 2023
If we lived through a pandemic and shut down, chances are we’re coping pretty well with a few hiccups. As much as the 2022 holiday season ends, don’t forget to eat foods that feed the brain. In 2023 we have to become hackers or our bodies. When we feel a certain way, combat it with physical fitness and a few extra naps or full nights rest. This next suggestion reminds us to leave some drama behind so we can freely express ourselves without being suppressed by others. If you have to secure a new social circle for sanity purposes, do it. A mindful life is practicing a routine with quiet time and, or meditation. If you’re the type of person with lots of deadlines at work, make boundaries and let them be known.
Throughout our day, check in on yourself to measure if you need extra quiet time. Be on the lookout for word-of-mouth referrals for a good Therapist. Let’s talk about one more thing called, the Golden Triangle of Happiness. Three elements can predict well-being, and that is a strong personal relationship, financial control, and a sense of purpose.
