Walmart Offering ‘Breakup Bear’ For Valentine’s Day
Walmart is making breaking up a little more bearable this Valentine’s Day. The U.S. Sun is reporting that the retail giant is selling a plush bear with a pretty clear message. It sings and dances to NSYNC’s “Bye Bye Bye!” while holding a broken heart and wearing a shirt that reads “Bye Bye!”
The caption on Walmart’s tweet advertising the relationship-ending stuffed animal says, “It is cuter than a breakup text.” The breakup bear is available on Walmart’s website for $16.98. You can see the tweet below.
As funny as it might seem, reactions to the breakup bear haven’t all been positive. One commenter says “Walmart is savage,” while another pointed out, “Honestly, if I was given this, it would hurt more than a text.”
What do you think? Would you rather get a breakup text, phone call, plush toy, or do you feel that it should only be done in person?
It is cuter than a breakup text 😉😅🫠 https://t.co/pBPXl9NJ15 pic.twitter.com/xnVbOzh2sl
