These Are The Most Common Dreams (Or Nightmares) Sleepers Experience In North Carolina
As someone who rarely remembers their dreams, it scares me when I do. In my head, that means it really must be symbolic of something. In reality, I know remembering dreams is just a product of when your sleep cycle is interrupted. Well that, and people tend to dream during the REM cycle of sleep so if you aren’t achieving that then you may not dream. Additionally remembering dreams can be attributed to acetylcholine and norepinephrine levels in the brain, according to MedicalNewsToday. But I digress. Sometimes dreams are vivid and could even be a part of your normal life. Sometimes they involved people you know or events/occurrences in your life. But when they aren’t? It can leave you confused! There are many common dreams that people have.
In fact, on average people have between 3-5 dreams per night. But what are the most common? Our friends at BetCarolina.com analyzed Google search data to see the most common dreams people across the United States are searching for information about.
Here Are The 10 Most Common Dreams In North Carolina:

The only one of these I ever recall experiencing is the dream about teeth falling out. Other common dreams across the country include falling in love, being lost, and being trapped in an old house.
