Bust out the tie-dye and the peace signs for the 'Hippie Daze Festival' at Dallas Lavender Lane Farm. I've never been to the festival, but I have friends that go every year and they love it! The family friendly event is two days of music, fun, food, shopping, and a chill vibe.

If you haven't been to the Dallas Lavender Lane Farm, it's a gorgeous place. And if you're like me and love the smell of lavender, then visiting is a must! They hold lots of different events throughout the year, but the 'Hippie Daze Festival' is one of their biggest events.

This year the festival will happen May 6 & 7, from noon-7 pm. on both days. You can check out over 100 vendors, sky walkers, jugglers and a VW car and van show. There will be live music, a DJ, food vendors, door prizes and plenty of amazing lavender infused items to shop for. The kids will love the petting zoo and there will also be a best dressed contest. So dig out the bellbottoms and peace signs.

Tickets for the event are on sale now, and kids 12 and under get in free. You can purchase tickets here and find out more about the farm here. It's definitely a place to check out this spring!
