If you have teens that are looking for a place to work out this summer, Planet Fitness has you covered! The exercise chain is bringing back their High School Summer Pass program beginning May 15 and running to August 31st. Teens can work out free all summer!

The company has around 2,400 locations around the country, with numerous locations in Charlotte and in the surrounding towns. Gastonia has at least three locations.

According to Life Hacker, teens under 18 need to have a parent sign a waiver in the pre-registration process, which can be done electronically or in person. Teens can work out without their parents once the waiver is signed. There is no purchase necessary, but once the summer ends, the membership will likely continue for $10 per month, so make sure to cancel if you don’t want to continue.

After your child is finished registering, they need to download the app to have a digital pass into the club. Teens can hit the gym anytime it's open and they can attend any of the free fitness classes.
