Elvis’ Favorite Sandwich Is Now A Flavored Whiskey
Phil and I have tried some wild foods, but we don’t try booze often. Of course, we’re not supposed to drink at work. But we made need to break the rules to try this! Almost everyone knows that Elvis Presley loved to eat and his favorite sandwich was peanut butter, banana, and bacon on white bread. Now a whiskey is honoring the late, great ‘King of Rock’ by releasing a flavored whiskey in honor of his favorite sandwich.
According to Food Beast, Grain & Barrel has just released a tribute booze to Elvis. It’s called Midnight Snack and it’s a peanut butter, banana, and bacon-flavored whiskey. Yes, you read that right! Now, I’ve tried numerous flavored vodkas, but the only flavored whiskey I’ve tried is the Jim Beam Honey. And I only drink it in hot tea when I’m sick.
Elvis is a cultural icon and people loved everything about him. So I have no doubt that this new flavored whiskey will sell well. Even if people don’t drink it, if they’re fans of ‘The King’ then they’ll just want to own a bottle. Flavored whiskeys are growing in popularity and people do love peanut butter so this could sell well.
The new Elvis Midnight Snack Whiskey can be found in stores nationwide and it sells for $34.99 a bottle. Not bad!
