Charlotte Fashion Plate Is A Must Follow For Amazing Recipes
Fashion and beauty aren’t my thing, yet if you throw out some yummy looking food, you’ll get my attention. Melissa Heider-Latin makes the most amazing recipes and she’s a must follow on social media.
I don’t know Melissa Heider-Latin personally, yet I feel like I do. She’s the owner/creator of Charlotte Fashon Plate. If you’re into fashion and beauty, she is the expert. Latin is a gorgeous woman and has a fabulous sense of style. Every outfit I’ve seen her wear is pure perfection.
Latin is a content creator, food blogger, dog mom, wife, and fashion expert. I’ve made a few of her recipes and they’re delicious! One of the things I love about Latin is that her recipes aren’t too complicated and the videos she posts are easy to follow. Bad photos of food can turn you off a recipe, and I truly appreciate that Latin’s photos of her food are always top notch!
Her latest recipe looks so good that I ran out to buy all the ingredients. Clearly, I’m making it! It’s a simple salad that calls for fresh ingredients. It’s burrata cheese in the center of a plate, surrounded by fresh cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and an array of olives. She tops off the salad with fresh basil, golden balsamic vinegar, olive oil, balsamic glaze, salt, pepper, and a touch of red pepper for heat. It screams summer! You can use pita chips or crostini to accompany the dish. Yum!
If you love using fresh, seasonal produce, and like cooking, Latin is a must follow. Locally, she’s my favorite to follow. Her personality comes across as genuine. I truly appreciate folks who are ‘real’.
