You Have A Shot To Eat Your Way Through Some State Fairs

Every year Phil and I talk about weird state fair foods. Every state offers up at least one really strange item. If you're into trying lots of fried foods and like sugar, this job is for you! You can get paid to eat your way through three state fairs!

According to Today, AmericInn by Wyndham is looking for a family to visit three state fairs in August. They are looking for folks that can share their experience on social media. The family that's chosen will be eating through the Iowa State Fair, the Illinois State Fair, and the Wisconsin State Fair. In addition to eating lots of different foods, you'll also get paid $15,000. In addition to the food and loot, you'll also get seven free nights of hotel stays. Not bad!

After eating all you can, your contributions will be in AmericInn's upcoming 'Best of the Midwest Fair Guide'. Just know that last years winners were chosen because of their energy and great storytelling skills. You need to bring the fun to win!

Families who apply should be available August 10th to 18th. You can enter by writing why your family should be chosen or you can create a video application. Video applications are 'highly encouraged.' You gotta show how fun you are! The deadline to enter is July 25, and you can find out more info here. 

As much fun as this sounds, my stomach would revolt! LOL! I have too much acid-reflux for this trip. If you win, pack the TUMS!
