Hallmark Christmas Cruise Sells Out In One Day, So Another Is Added For A Jolly Good Time
Christmas is big business and not just for retailers! On July 14, I told you about the Hallmark Channel’s Christmas Cruise that’s setting sail in 2024. According to Yahoo, the Hallmark Channel Christmas Cruise will be operating aboard the Norwegian Gem, from November 5-9, 2024. The trip begins in Miami then will be heading to Nassau, Bahamas. You’ll also be able to attend panel conversations and take pictures with your favorite actors and actresses. In addition, Hallmark will be hosting an exclusive Countdown to Christmas World Premiere of a new holiday movie. Guests will be able to enjoy a screening before the film airs on television.
Now Yahoo is reporting that the cruise sold out the first day of presale! Due to overwhelming demand, the network has added a second sailing of its first-ever holiday-themed cruise. Hallmark Channel announced Wednesday that the second cruise will happen November 17-21, 2024.
Those folks who secured a spot on the waiting list will be given priority booking for the second cruise. Those who joined the presale will be following those on the waiting list. If you’re interested in going, you need to act ASAP! There’s a good chance the second cruise will sell out quickly as well.
As with the first cruise, Hallmark isn’t announcing the names of the stars that will be aboard yet. That says a lot about how much people love their Christmas movies! My mom loves them, but I’ve never been into them. As with the first cruise, there will be tons of Christmas fun aboard the ship. In addition, both voyages are setting sail on the Norwegian Gem. The boat will be turning into a floating winter wonderland.
It’s shocking the first cruise sold out so quickly! I realized people would be excited, but I had no idea that they’d sell the ship out so fast. You can find out more info on the cruise here. I’m guessing once the second cruise sells out, the Hallmark Channel will make these cruises a yearly tradition.
