Even though we're still dealing with temperatures close to 100 degrees, I am ready for fall! I'm over the humidity, the heat, and the sweating. Of course, we'll be waiting at least a month before we see cooler temps, but you can fall into a fall state of mind at Great Wolf Lodge very soon.

According to Food and Wine, you'll be able to enjoy a pumpkin spice paradise beginning September 28. The family-friendly hotel chain that offers water parks, is going all out to celebrate the beginning of the fall season. Their new Pumpkin Spice Suites will give you all you need to get into a cooler mood. The new suites are part of Great Wolf's Howl-O-Ween celebration.

Great Wolf's Howl-O-Ween event will happen at all of their U.S. locations. Festive fall decor will be all over the hotels. In addition, they'll be offering fun seasonal activities like Halloween-themed crafts and costume parades. At the Great Wolf Lodge locations in Pennsylvania, Illinois, Georgia, Texas, and California, you'll be able to book stays in their new Pumpkin Spice Suites.

The Pumpkin Spice Suite Experience

In these new suites, you'll be able to enjoy all the sights and smells of the fall season including fall-scented potpourri, decor in fall colors like orange and brown, and faux fall florals all over the room. My favorite part of the decor is the 100 plush pumpkins that will be all over the suite. Fun! There will also be pumpkin themed rugs, wreaths and pillows in the room.

The best part of staying in the new Pumpkin Spice Suite is that you'll get a daily delivery of pumpkin cream cheese frosted cinnamon rolls and endless supply of pumpkin spice lattes. What?! Take my money now! Although the hotel is more of a family friendly attraction, staying in one of the new suites would be a blast for a girl's night or weekend.

If you're interested in staying in one of the new fall suites, they'll be available from September 28-October 31. They're a bit pricey! The suites start at $399 a night and reservations are open now. I have a feeling these suites will get booked quickly, so if you want to experience this festive fall suite, I'd make a reservation sooner than later.

There's a Great Wolf Lodge location close to Charlotte, in Concord, but unfortunately this new suite isn't available there. Total bummer! The Georgia location is in Lagrange, which is about 5 hours from us. If you're up for a weekend road trip, this is a fun fall idea.
