Both cruises are celebrating two wineries: the Wagner Family of Wine and Jackson Family Wines.
Wine And Dine In The Sunshine
Offering winemaker dinners, tastings with experts, hosts, and sommeliers, food and wine pairings and more, the trips will be visiting top wine regions. The Discovery Princess adventure sails from Vancouver to Los Angeles with stops in Victoria, B.C. and overnight in San Francisco. Prices are starting at $319 per person, which is not bad at all! This trip is from October 1-7, and is offering wine discovery lessons, a Caymus Winemaker Dinner and Nautical Wine Tasting. In addition, there’s a huge array of wines and food offerings.
The Sapphire Princess will sail from Vancouver to Los Angeles on October 8-15, with day-long stops at four popular coastal destinations, including Victoria, Astoria, San Francisco and San Diego. Fun! I’ve been to San Francisco and San Diego and both are beautiful! If I ever win the lottery, I’m buying a place in San Diego. It’s absolutely gorgeous!
On this trip you can enjoy wine pairings that are celebrating the regions cuisine. In addition, you’ll be able to experience a Jackson Family Wines dinner, Winery Tours in San Francisco, tasting events, and a VIP Winemaker Dinner. The pricing for this trip begins at $349. Also, not bad!
Since both boats are setting sail soon, you should think about booking soon. All the information about both trips are here. This is a great romantic getaway idea and it’s also a fun idea for a girls trip, especially if you and your friends enjoy drinking wine.
