New year, new people! If you have not already noticed, around every corner is a new apartment or housing complex. The city is continuously growing and getting bigger and bigger. We have so many people who are relocating to Charlotte and want to enjoy all that we have to offer. But, sometimes we wonder – is there enough space for all of us?
Well, even if you don’t think there is enough space get used to it. Looks like Charlotte is one of the fastest growing cities in the U.S., according to Houzeo. Cities across America are growing for a wide range of reasons. From low unemployment rates, lower costs of living, and low media home values you never know what might bring someone to the QC. On this list by Houzeo, they name the top 10 fastest growing cities in the U.S. Charlotte, North Carolina came in at #4 on the top 10 list of fastest growing cities.
Charlotte has a reported population of 885,663. The unemployment rate for Charlotte is about 4.9% and we have a media house value of $104,228. Not sure where exactly these homes are, but sounds pretty great. I know some of us may be tired of seeing so much construction, but looks like Charlotte isn’t slowing down anytime soon. As a transplant who got here only a few years ago, I can’t be too upset and newbies coming to join. It’s a great city, so I can completely understand why!
