Lebowski’s Neighborhood Grill Suddenly Closes Its Doors “Effective Immedaitely”

Another Charlotte favorite foodie spot announced they'll be closing their doors. Lebowski's Neighborhood Grill & Pub announced Monday that the restaurant would be closing for good "effective immediately."

In a Facebook post, the restaurant stated, "It is with a heavy heart we announce the closing of Lebowski’s, effective immediately. We would like to thank our many loyal employees and customers for their support over the years."

The announcement further explained that a new restaurant would open up in its space in the future. Ladybird Taco will be stepping into its space and opening its doors.

“We are incredibly honored to step into a space that has meant so much to this community,” said Brooks Veazey, CEO of Ladybird Taco. “Lebowski’s was a place where friends and neighbors could come together over great food and drinks, and we are excited to carry on that tradition in our own unique way.”

Ladybird Taco is a restaurant serving Texas-style breakfast and lunch tacos. Just a few weeks ago, JJ's Red Hots also closed located in the same Dilworth area.

Now, we will continue to see what other restaurants will come into place in the area.
