WSOP Circuit Finale Begins at Cherokee Casino With $1.5M Main Event

The World Series of Poker Circuit has come back to Harrah's Cherokee Hotel & Casino Resort. This marks the final stop for 2025. Players will compete in 18 trophy tournaments with more than $4 million guaranteed across prize pools. The series started Nov. 27 and continues through Dec. 8 in Cherokee, North Carolina.
The Circuit Main Event costs $1,700 to enter. It runs Dec. 5 through 8. The prize pool sits at $1.5 million guaranteed.
Buy-ins for the 18 tournaments span from $400 to $1,700. The Mini Main event required a $400 buy-in and ran Nov. 28 to 30, offering $750,000 guaranteed. Another $400 buy-in Monster Stack event runs Dec. 2 to 4 with $750,000 guaranteed. A Turkey Day 30K event with a $400 buy-in kicked things off on Thanksgiving.
Harrah's Cherokee has held multiple large WSOP Circuit series each year. Back in August, the venue attracted 1,437 entrants for the Main Event. Zachary Fischer claimed the championship that month and took home $324,135.
Cherokee winners will get packages worth $5,000 to compete in the WSOP Paradise Circuit Championship in The Bahamas. Players can travel to Paradise next week to battle for a portion of $5 million.
PokerOrg subscribers who aren't competing in Cherokee can pick a fantasy poker squad containing three players in the Circuit Championship. Whichever fantasy manager's squad racks up the most points will claim a $30,000 package to play in the $60 million guaranteed WSOP Paradise Super Main Event.
