Charlotte Chef Brittany Cochran Set To Compete on Top Chef Season 23

Cochran studied at Johnson & Wales University and spent time working under Marc Forgione, a chef known across the country. Now she heads up Bruce Moffett's Stagioni, where Italian dishes and wood-fired pizzas fill the menu.
Diaz became a two-time James Beard Award semifinalist while leading Cortez in Raleigh as executive chef and partner. In 2023, he departed to launch Little Bull, which Michelin inspectors have recognized. TaTaco and Aaktun are also his.
Most filming happened in Charlotte, though crews traveled to Greenville, South Carolina, for a handful of episodes.
Per the Charlotte Observer, the premiere drops Tuesday, March 3 on Peacock, Bravo's YouTube channel, and VOD. Then on Monday, March 16, it shifts to 9:30 p.m. Peacock posts episodes the following day.
Never before has the show spotlighted the Carolinas. Both chefs pull from years spent working in restaurants across the state.
Stagioni sits in Charlotte and builds its menu around what each season brings. Wood-fired ovens and Italian cooking have made it stand out.
Little Bull earned Michelin praise after Diaz opened it in Durham. Aaktun and TaTaco expand his reach.
Streaming begins next month across several platforms. Once the show settles into its weekly rhythm in mid-March, viewers can tune in at 9:30 p.m. every week.
