Sing Bev Hospitality runs the Cornelius location. These multi-unit franchise owners operate 20 locations throughout North and South Carolina. They've accumulated more than 100 years of combined hospitality experience. The brand arrived in Charlotte back in 2014 with the Carmel Commons restaurant, and four other locations followed in the market.
"The Lake Norman area has an incredibly inviting energy that makes this community really special," said Julie Beville, co-franchise owner, according to PR Newswire.com. "It's why we have had Cornelius on our wish list of locations for a long time now and why we know our culture of spreading joy, enriching lives, and serving others is going to fit right in."
The restaurant offers more than a dozen made-from-scratch chicken salad flavors. Fresh sides, gourmet soups, signature sandwiches, and desserts round out the menu. Guests can dine in the restaurant, take out, order through third-party delivery, or arrange catering.
The Cornelius location will raise money for the American Cancer Society of North Carolina during pre-opening Friends & Family events. The brand created the CSC Foundation to support CURE Childhood Cancer and local food banks. Fundraisers happen throughout the year.
Scott Deviney, CEO and president, said the company is proud to continue growing with Sing Bev Hospitality throughout the market. "Over the past 13 years with us, they have exemplified what it means to be outstanding stewards of the brand," said Deviney.
The new location will be open Monday through Saturday. Hours run from 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
