SouthPark Mall Adds Five Retailers in 2026 With Swiss Watchmakers and Fashion Brands

SouthPark mall will welcome five new shops throughout 2026. The lineup includes a boutique showcasing three Swiss watchmakers and a tile showroom packed with design options. Simon, who owns the mall, revealed these plans Tuesday for the shopping center at 4400 Sharon Road in Charlotte.
These additions will join roughly 170 other shops at the site, according to the Charlotte Observer.
TileBar arrives in April at The Village at SouthPark. Shoppers can browse thousands of wall and floor tile styles meant for kitchens, bathrooms, and other interior spaces.
Garage, a women's clothing brand from Montreal, opens in June near the dining pavilion. This retailer stocks basics and essentials, dropping new collections monthly.
A Material Good will debut in June as a partnership between Kodak Group and Material Good in the luxury wing. The boutique brings together three Swiss watchmakers: IWC Schaffhausen, Panerai, and Jaeger-LeCoultre.
Suitsupply, a European men's suit company, opens later this year. They craft suits using Italian fabrics sourced from mills such as Larusmiani and Vitale Barberis Canonico.
Arhaus will move locations and open a bigger standalone showroom in July at The Village at SouthPark, positioned between Michael Kors and Coach.
The mall has welcomed several retailers in recent months. Spanish fashion retailer Zara and Australian brand QUAY Eyewear both made their North Carolina debuts here.
Last year brought menswear store Mizzen + Main, national men's apparel brand Johnnie-O, and CAMP, a family experience company. Other 2025 arrivals included Sarku Japan restaurant, watchmaker Swatch, Laguna Beach jeweler Gorjana, and Tommy Bahama's first Marlin Bar.
Simon owns Concord Mills mall in Concord and Charlotte Premium Outlets in Steele Creek as well. The outlet center announced plans last month to add four shops, with Ulta moving into the former Eddie Bauer space.
