Jeff Beck suddenly died yesterday (January 10) at the age of 78. His family confirmed in a statement that his cause of death was the result of bacterial meningitis.

Beck’s influence on guitar playing cannot be overstated. He is widely regarded as one of the best guitarists of all time and is respected by legions of fans, as well as his peers. The love and respect for Beck is evident in how many music legends took to social media to pay tribute to him.
