Over the weekend, the Jonas Brothers performed at the Global Citizen Festival in New York’s Central Park, along with Mariah Carey, Maneskin, Charlie Puth, Mickey Guyton and Metallica. It makes sense that the brothers would perform — the show’s host, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, 40, is married to Nick Jonas, 30.
The group played some of their biggest songs, “Only Human,” “What A Man Gotta Do,” “Burnin’ Up,” “Leave Before You Love Me” and “Sucker,” as well as Nick Jonas’s solo song “Jealous” and Joe Jonas’s other band, DNCE’s “Cake By The Ocean.”
It was a big day for the trio: in addition to performing, they met Metallica frontman James Hetfield.

The New Jersey natives are working on new music too, posting a photo on social media on Friday (September 23) standing aside a piano with the caption: “Making the new album.” Joe, 33, commented on the post, “You mean finished the album.”
The Jonas Brothers announced a three-night tour in Las Vegas November 10-12. Tickets can be found on their official website. Before heading to Vegas, they will be performing in Mexico and California in early November. Their last album, Happiness Begins (2019), is the fifth studio album by the Jonas’. Prior to that, they had not released an album for ten years, since 2009’s Lines, Vines and Trying Times. Nick pursued a solo career before the band’s 2019 revival, with the release of Spaceman last year. The record is Jonas’ first solo album since 2016’s Last Year Was Complicated. Nick has even been in a few movies, like the Jumanji reboot with The Rock and Kevin Hart and starring in 2019’s Midway, a movie based on the real-life events of the leaders and soldiers during WWII.
