The Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina and Walmart kick off their 7th annual Santa Express today, December 6th. The Santa Express provides holiday gifts of fresh fruit, toiletries, socks, school supplies, and other items to over 10,000 high need elementary school students in the Charlotte area. They will visit 24 schools in 11 counties served by the Food Bank between now and Tuesday, December 14th.
