It’s still early in the holiday season so a few of us may need some classic Christmas movies to make our hearts grow three times their size to get into the holiday spirit. What better movie to get you ready for Christmas than the original How The Grinch Stole Christmas?

While the 1966 version is still the gold standard of “Grinchiness,” there are some other versions of Dr Seuss’ classic tale that get the job done, too. Jim Carrey did a bang up job in the 2000 live action film. And more recently, it was Benedict Cumberbatch who provided the voice for Dr. Seuss’ The Grinch in 2018. Here’s where you can catch all three:

  • “How The Grinch Stole Christmas!” (1966)

    • NBC 8/7c on Friday, December 23rd
    • Streaming now on Peacock

  • "Dr. Seuss' How The Grinch Stole Christmas" (2000)

    • Streaming now on HBO Max
    • Speedway Christmas at Charlotte Motor Speedway, December 1-4

  • "Dr. Seuss' The Grinch" (2018)

    • Streaming now on Amazon, iTunes, or Vudu
