Making costumes, carving jack-o’-lanterns, and eating candy are all important parts of Halloween. So is a viewing of It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown. The 1966 animated classic shows Snoopy, Linus, Charlie Brown, and the entire "Peanuts" gang getting ready for the holiday. Watching it is still a "spooky season" tradition for many families.

For decades, Charles M. Schulz's iconic Halloween special was broadcast on CBS and ABC. In 2020, It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown moved to Apple TV+, where subscribers can watch it any time. But everyone else can still get in on the fun because Apple TV+ is making the special available to non-subscribers for free on October 21st and 22nd. And there's more. The fun and childhood nostalgia doesn't stop with Halloween. You'll be able to catch Charlie Brown and company as they celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas, too.

According to The Verge, the streaming service is giving everyone, including people who aren’t subscribed to Apple TV+, access to three beloved "Peanuts" holiday specials. It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown; A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving; and A Charlie Brown Christmas will all be available on Apple TV+ for free. See the dates below.
