I was at a friends house recently, hanging out at his pool. Usually I cover myself in sunscreen, but this particular time I didn’t. Two weeks later, my shoulders are peeling. Earlier today I saw this article and I found it interesting. I realized that some foods could help a sunburn, but I had no clue that certain foods could make you more susceptible to sunburns. With the long Labor Day weekend coming up, I thought this info could be somewhat useful. Who knew celery could contribute to a sunburn!
