Scattered Please………
I went to Columbia, South Carolina Saturday night to have some RNR Halloween fun with some friends, and at the end of the evening, we went to Waffle House. I cannot remember the last time I went to a Waffle House. I had a chicken patty melt with extra pickles and hash browns. I wasn’t able to finish it all, so I got a to-go box, and ate the leftovers on Sunday. Cause….it’s WAFFLE HOUSE and their hash browns rule! If you live in the South, you are definitely familiar with the “scattered, smothered, and covered” terminology. This morning, I found a list of foods that all Southerns are familiar with. And for those of us raised in the South, it’s a solid list! That said, I will admit that boiled peanuts are an acquired taste.
