Kiss More, Live Longer
Guys, how often do your kiss your significant other? If the relationship is still fairly new, probably pretty often. But if you’ve been together for a few years, your kissing frequency may have dropped off a bit. Well, it’s to pick up the pace again, Sparky. According to new research, men who kiss their wives in the morning live five years longer than those who don’t.
A study conducted by German physicians and psychologists shows that to have a happy, successful, and long, healthy life, you should kiss your partner before you go to work each day. You’ll be less likely to miss work because of illness. You’ll also be less likely to have an accident on the way to work. In fact, you’ll live about five years longer than couples who don’t even give each other a little peck on the cheek. You can make more money, too, earning 20 to 30% more per month than non-kissers. Doctors say this is because the smoochers begin the day with a positive attitude and more confidence.
Here are some other reasons to pucker up every day:
1. Kissing burns calories.
2. Kissing regulates your heartbeat and lowers blood pressure.
3. Kissing is good for your lungs.
4. Kissing slows your body’s release of histamines and can alleviate allergy symptoms.
5. Kissing helps you look younger, which could lead to more kissing.
I just hope my wife doesn’t mind getting a kiss at 4:00 every morning!
