Tega Cay Ranked Among Best Cities To Live In US
Looks like the rest of the country is starting to realize what we locals have known for years. That Tega Cay is a great place to live!
I’ve lived in Charlotte my entire life and one of the things I love the most is the reaction I get when I tell people that. Most have a surprised look and say something like “don’t see that often around here.” How true is that? Although I don’t have actual numbers, I’d say that’s pretty accurate based on the incredible growth Charlotte has seen over the last 20+ years. I love seeing this city grow because it makes everything around us grow. It’s been fun to watch over the years as what were “small towns” just 20 years ago, are now thriving growing communities. We’ve seen it with so many areas, take Concord/Harrisburg or the entire Lake Norman area. The list could go on and on and I think it’s fantastic.
In a recent article from 24/7 Wall St, Tega Cay was listed as the 13th best city to live in out of 50.
I’ve been to Tega Cay, albeit only once to pick up a friend before heading out of town, but what I did see I really liked. Came close to getting a speeding ticket, drops to 25 real fast, but that’s neither here nor there. Over the years I’ve met so many people in Charlotte out at events or through business who live in Tega Cay. If you’re looking to relocate, Tega Cay seems to offer a lot!
WCNC did a quick story on it as well and you can watch that here.
