Microsoft Store In South Park Closing Permanently
COVID just won’t stop and this one here was a big blow! According to Theverge.com, Microsoft will be closing all of its physical locations permanently. When I saw this, I said to myself, OMG, COVID is playing no games.
Also according to The Verge, stores in NYC, London, Sydney, and Redmond will be turned into experience centers. This was apparently set to happen in 2021, but COVID sped that up. Also according to The Verge, no layoffs are expected from this decision, so that’s good. We all know things can change, but hopefully, associates in Charlotte won’t experience any layoffs as well.
