Taylor Swift Unfazed By Wardrobe Malfunction, Rips Dress Off
If nothing else, Taylor Swift is as professional as they come. The record-breaking, award-winning powerhouse handled a sound issue during her Eras Tour in the wildest of ways.
Taylor Swift Unfazed by the Wardrobe Malfunction
The pop icon, 34, tried to simultaneously handle a broken microphone while recently performing in Stockholm, Sweden. Fans captured the wild sound and wardrobe malfunction and shared the footage on social media.
The “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart” singer wore a gradient blue high-low dress. After telling fans that her “in-ear” monitors had “come undone,” the singer-songwriter jokingly asked the audience to “just talk amongst yourselves” for a moment.
She then quickly moved toward her piano and set her guitar to lean up against it. As she sat at the piano bench, the artist boldly started ripping off her wrap dress! Completely unfazed, Swift turned out to still be wearing her two-piece glittering costume from earlier in the night.
Eventually, an Eras Tour crew member came to Swift’s aid to help get the situation under control. The “Fortnight” singer gaped at how quickly it was fixed and bounced around as she re-attached her dress together and went on with the show.
Swift thanked her fans and did not mention the wild back-to-back malfunctions. Instead, she said on Instagram, “Stockholm!!!! Thank you for being the most generous, excitable, magical crowds, and for breaking the all time attendance record for the stadium all 3 nights. Can’t believe this was our first time playing in Sweden – but it won’t be our last…”
During her time in Sweden, Swift performed surprise songs “Guilty as Sin?” followed by a medley of “Say “Don’t Go,” “Welcome To New York,” and “Clean.” As we previously reported, Swift updated her Eras Tour when she picked it back up this year in Europe.

The pop icon added her The Tortured Poets Department tracks to her eras earlier this month. Swift also combined albums folklore and evermore as one chapter (FolkMore) because she sees them as sister albums.
Taylor’s time in Europe is a total of 51 shows in 13 countries over the next five months, with an expected $2 billion gross in ticket sales alone, smashing the record from last year.
