Jared From Subway Is Absolutely Desperate
The famed Subway spokesperson, Jared Fogle, is currently in prison serving a fifteen-year sentence for child pornography charges.
But Fogle is still exercising everything possible to get his sentence overturned.
In Fogle’s home state of Indiana, Fogle’s lawyers are requesting to obtain a new judge for the case because the current judge, Tanya Walton Pratt, has teenage daughters and automatically makes her biased on the case.
Pratt has already denied Fogle’s appeals to shorten his sentence once in 2016 and another just last month.
According to Complex, the motion to get a new judge on the case was denied because in our judicial system, “having children does not, and has never, proven partially.”
Although Fogle still has plenty of other appeal options, it is beginning to look like he will be serving the full fifteen years.
