DICK’S Sporting Goods Recalls Hunters’ Tree Stands
The brand’s seats can break off leading to potentially hazardous falls.
The voluntary recall of the “Field & Stream Timberline Hang On” tree stands was issued by DICK’S Sporting Goods and the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
The issue concerns the weld on the seats that can break and cause the seat to fall from the tree, the recall notice says.
Consumers who own the product should immediately stop using the recalled tree stands and return them to the nearest DICK’s Sporting Goods or Field & Stream store for a full refund or store credit, DICK’S posted online.
