Why you gotta be so mean Kid Rock? Twitter is ready to cancel Kid Rock over Taylor Swift wants to be a democrat because she wants to be in movies….period. And it looks like she will suck the door knob off Hollyweird to get there. Oldest move in the book. Good luck girl.

A day after Swift opened up about her political beliefs to Vogue, Kid Rock posted a vulgar message about why the pop star is a Democrat. “Taylor Swift wants to be a democrat because she wants to be in movies….period,” he wrote on Friday (Aug. 9). “And it looks like she will suck the door knob off Hollyweird to get there. Oldest move in the book. Good luck girl.”
The tweet resulted in many calling out Kid Rock, who is a proud Donald Trump supporter, for implying Swift, who next stars in Cats, performed sexual favors to get ahead. “Taylor Swift is inarguably one of the biggest stars in the world while Kid Rock has sucked up to the MAGA crowd in a desperate attempt to return to relevancy,” one person on Twitter wrote. “Such a ridiculous projection.”

In her Vogue interview, Swift talked about why she didn’t openly endorse Hillary Clinton in the last presidential election. “Unfortunately in the 2016 election you had a political opponent who was weaponizing the idea of the celebrity endorsement,” Swift said of Trump. “He was going around saying, ‘I’m a man of the people. I’m for you. I care about you.’ I just knew I wasn’t going to help.”
