The Kardashians Really Like Poking Fun At Kylie Jenner’s Billionaire Status, Apparently
It’s not easy being a billionaire, just ask Kylie Jenner. Apparently, Jenner’s billionaire status has become a running joke in the Kardashian family who can’t seem to keep up with her monetarily.
On the season 17 premiere of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, set to air this Monday (Sept. 9), Kylie talked about how her sisters Kim, Khloé, and Kourtney Kardashian like to tease her about her bank account. “When we’re in a group chat talking about where we should go for a trip, they’re like, ‘Kylie? You going to pay for it?’” she said in a video clip on Friday. “Just stuff like that.”
But don’t worry, it’s all in good fun. “They just joke with me, just sister love,” Kylie, who’s earned the nickname Kylie “Billionaire” Jenner from Kourtney back in June, said. “They’re all really proud of me, for sure.” So proud, they’re not making her pay for the next KarJenner family vacation. “No, they don’t really,” her mom Kris Jenner said when DeGeneres asked if they really expect Kylie to foot the bill, before joking, “Just my stuff.”
The 22-year-old founder of Kylie Cosmetics was named the youngest self-made billionaire ever by Forbes earlier this year. She’s estimated to be worth $1 billion.
