Do Men Have Clubs?
Speaking from a woman’s perspective I wondered if there was a huge difference between a men’s group meeting up to network and fellowship versus women’s groups. There’s a positive event happening that I wanted to share with everyone called The United Men’s Club of Clover. This is an organization that concerns itself with the improvement of community life in Clover, South Carolina. What’s so cool is that in February 1969 this group was birthed as the United Men’s Club, and now we get to see their 50 years of hard work and dedication come into frutition. Are you busy Sunday, October 6, 2019? Come out to Green Pond United Methodist Church and celebrate their Golden Jubilee Anniversary! The momentous occasion also features Dr. Darrell Johnson (Greenwood School District 50 superintendent) new book titled: It Ain’t In The Book.
