Fall Is Here!
Making Fall healthy is a hard thing to do because of all those cravings. Having self-control when seeing hot fresh donuts, homemade pumpkin pies, and apple crisp is not always easy. It’s also a busy time of the year. From football games to trying to get a workout in after work. There are so many ways to remain healthy during life’s chaos.
Here’s some tips:
1. Exercise! Making time to exercise is so important. Take your dog or your kids for a walk after dinner. Fresh air is important and exercise helps us have a nie slumber.
2. Crockpot! Making dinner isn’t always ideal, especially when you have to be up early and don’t get home until late. But, eating out isn’t always ideal either. There are so many ways to make healthy meals in just a crockpot. Chili, buffalo chicken, stuffed peppers, chicken & rice. Throw everything in, cook it on slow, and set the timer so it automatically turns off. Easy way to stay on track.
3. Self-care! It’s hard being selfish when caring for others around you but self-care is so important for your mental health. Takes 30 minutes of your night to spend on yourself. Read a book, take a bath, even do laundry! Whatever your at-home therapy is, make sure you take the time to so. You can eat well and exercise but you aren’t healthy unless your mental health is.
Remaining healthy, happy, and beautiful from the inside out is easy to do! Remember to love yourself, use your tools to make life easier, and exercise! Here’s to a happy, healthy Fall!
